About Me

Life is full of ups and downs, triumphs and challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker it is my privilege to help people navigate through it all. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and life transitions including moving to a new place, family changes, caregiving for a loved one, becoming a parent, aging, and beyond.

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors. I attended the University of Florida where I earned my Bachelor’s in Sociology then attended the University of Pennsylvania where I earned my Master of Social Work degree. While earning my MSW, I specialized in working with Older Adults and earned the Anne Nolan Reese Penn Aging Certificate. I served at the Penn Memory Center working with caregivers of patients with dementia providing emotional support and caregiving resources.
