About Me
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly anxious can make everyday life feel heavier than it needs to be.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and major life transitions. I help clients slow things down, make sense of what they’re feeling, and develop practical tools to manage stress and anxiety in everyday life.

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, I provide therapy for adolescents and adults. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Florida and my Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practices. Therapy with me is conversational and practical. We focus on understanding patterns, building coping skills, and creating change that feels sustainable and realistic.
